NRC Oversight of Seabrook Structures Affected by ASR

License Renewal Update
- NRC needs reasonable assurance aging effects on concrete structures can be managed
- Recent license renewal activities concerning ASR:

License Renewal Update
- Remaining safety review milestones are to be determined
- A presentation before the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards remains to be scheduled
- No regulatory decision made on the Seabrook application
- Any final action in this case also awaits the resolution of the Waste Confidence Rulemaking
