Enclosed is the corrected page for the "Wolf Creek Generating Station 2012 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report - Report 36." Subsequent to the submittal of this report, it was discovered that an error existed in the report.

The error was made on page 26 of 61, in Section 4.a and 4.b. The report misidentified the Class of Solid Waste and the corresponding Estimate of Major Nuclide Composition.

Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) has corrected the error and has enclosed a corrected copy of the affected page to replace that originally submitted in the reference.

WCNOC regrets any inconvenience these errors may have caused.
