SUBJECT:
SERVICE OF COMMISSION MEETING TRANSCRIPT On Tuesday, June 3, 2014, the Commission was briefed on the results of the Agency Action Review Meeting (AARM). The briefing included a panel of NRC Staff members who provided an update on, among other things, the status of Fort Calhoun Station. The briefing also included a panel of representatives of the Omaha Public Power District, who made a presentation on performance improvement activities at Fort Calhoun Station.1 Out of an abundance of caution, the transcript of this meeting is being served on the participants in this matter. Such service ensures compliance with the provisions of 10 C.F.R. § 2.347 regarding ex parte communications and 10 C.F.R. § 2.348 regarding separation of functions.
