Pursuant to NRC letter dated, May 28, 2014, ZionSolutions, LLC (ZionSolutions) was notified of a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of a Civil Penalty (Notice) for violations of NRC requirements (Title 10 of the Code of FederalRegulations Parts 73.21 and 73.22) for the protection of safeguards information (SGI).
Security-Related Information - Withhold from Public Disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390 Enclosure contains Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information. When separated from enclosure, this transmittal document is decontrolled.

Security-Related Information - Withhold from Public Disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390 ZionSolutions, LLC ZS-2014-0240 Page 2 of 2 The NRC letter and attached Notice directed ZionSolutions to respond to the violation within 30 days of the date of the NRC letter, or to request Alternative Dispute Resolution. ZionSolutions does not dispute the violations or severity level, and has elected to pay the proposed civil penalty and reply to the Notice, as described herein.
The NRC letter and attached Notice directed ZionSolutions to submit a written statement or explanation to the Director, Office of Enforcement, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, et al, and, that the reply should be clearly marked as a "Reply to a Notice of Violation; EA-14-025,"
and should include for each alleged violation: (1) the reason for the violation or, if contested, the basis for disputing the violation or severity level; (2) the corrective steps that have been taken and the results achieved; (3) the corrective steps that will be taken; and (4) the date when full compliance will be achieved. Also, the reply should be marked, "Security-Related Information -
Withhold from Public Disclosure under Title 10 of the Code of FederalRegulations (CFR) 2.390."
The enclosure to this letter provides.ZionSolutions 'reply to the Notice of Violation in accordance with the NRC direction.
This submittal contains no new regulatory commitments or revisions to existing commitments, except that new corrective actions have been identified, as described in the enclosure that are planned to be completed in the near future.
