ZION NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATED TO A REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION FROM CERTAIN SECURITY REQUIREMENTS IN 10 CFR PART 37 (TAC NOS. J52987 AND J52988)
Dear Mr. Sauger:
By letter dated March 13, 2014, ZionSolutions submitted a request for a proposed exemption from certain requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 37.41(b) and 10 CFR 37.49 for Zion Nuclear Power Station Units 1 and 2. We have performed a review of the exemption request and found that further information is needed to complete the review.
Enclosed is a request for additional information (RAI) regarding your exemption request.
The items in the RAI are considered as draft at this time to confirm your understanding of the information needed to complete our evaluation. If the items are understood, we would like a response within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
