Letter from the TVA to the NRC, "Response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2013-06, Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations," dated July 8, 2013 The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2014-05 (Reference 1) requested specific information regarding the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant's (BFN) projected operator licensing examination schedules and the estimated number of applicants. By letter dated July 8, 2013, (Reference 2) the Tennessee Valley Authority provided an estimate of the examination requirements for BFN on NRC Form 536, "Operator Licensing Examination Data." This letter revises the estimate previously provided by the Reference 2 letter and provides an applicant estimate for 2019.
