Licensing Branch, FSME/MSSA No Checklist or Safety Evaluation Performed During the process of transferring Georgia's SSD registration certificates to the NRC, Elekta, Inc., requested the addition of Alpha-Omega Services, Inc., Edgerly, LA, as another manufacturer of source model number 105.002. Elekta's letter addressed the safety requirements adequately regarding the fabrication and the quality assurance measures to be applied. After reviewing the request and the information provided by Elekta, Inc., the preparation of a checklist for the sealed sources was not necessary.
