NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 SUBMITTAL OF INITIAL OPERATOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATIONS In accordance with NUREG-1 021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, enclosed are NRC Form 398, Personal Qualification Statement

- Licensee and NRC Form 396, Certification of Medical Examination by Facility Licensee for initial reactor operator and senior reactor operator license candidates. This submittal supports the administration of the initial operator licensing examinations scheduled to be conducted at North Anna Power Station during the weeks of June 16, 2014, June 23, 2014 and/or June 30, 2014.

The enclosed documents contain Personally Identifiable Information and should be withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6).

Upon separation of the enclosures, the cover letter itself is uncontrolled.
