Blotcky Reactor Facility, License R-57, Docket # 50-131 The Reactor Safeguards Committee for the Alan J. Blotcky Reactor Facility requests License Termination for License R-57, Docket # 50-131. As part of license termination the Reactor Safeguards Committee wishes to submit for Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval the attached Final Revision of the Decommissioning Plan (May 2014). This Final Revision corrects references to release criteria in Section 6 Release Criteria, specifically: 1. Last paragraph in 6.1.1; 2. First paragraph in 6.2 (both of which reference Table 6.3); 3. Section 18 References. All of these changes relate to correcting reference to Inspection and Enforcement (IE) Circular 81-07.
This Final Revision of the Decommissioning Plan has been approved by the Alan J.
Blotcky Reactor Facility Reactor Safeguards Committee.
