May 16, 2014 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN: PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY (Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2)
DOCKET NOS. 50-275-LR, 50-323-LR This notice is to inform the parties that Commissioner William D. Magwood, IV will tour Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant on Tuesday, May 20, 2014. The purpose of the Commissioners visit is to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the renewal of the operating license for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. If the parties have any questions regarding this visit, please call Margaret Bupp at 301-415-8430.
