Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 11 In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(p), this letter provides Revision 11 of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program.

The Revision Log of the SQN Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, provided in the enclosure, describes the recent change. The revised plan became effective as of March 13, 2014.

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has evaluated the changes contained in this revision and does not consider the revision to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the subject plan.

The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 73.22. The enclosed plan revision is being sent by certified mail and the signed receipt will signify that the NRC has received this information.
