Dear Dr. Hawari:
This letter forwards personal privacy information associated with the operator licensing examinations administered during the week of April 28, 2014. This information supplements the publicly-available information in the examination report. Enclosure 1 lists individual grades for all candidates. Enclosure 2 includes individual candidate summaries for all candidates (license/denial letters and supporting documentation), with the exception of Docket #71291, which is being withheld pending submission of a corrected NRC Form 396.
