@hotmail.com Re: NRC response I think Donna did a wonderfully succinct job of asking NRC to support their claims with documentation, as we have done-no muss, no fuss. Donna, your instincts and your thorough knowledge of the subject served you (and us all) well.
Unless anyone has more to say to Macfarlane in response, before (hopefully) receiving the references Donna requested, I feel really good about Donna's reply. Well done, and thanks for your quick action on this, and for all the good you do.
