I. SECY-14-0020 - Exelon Generation Co., LLC (Byron Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2; Braidwood Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2) - Environmental Law and Policy Center Request for a Protective Stay Relating to LBP-13-12 The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to a request for a protective stay filed by the Environmental Law and Policy Center relating to (and styled as an appeal of) the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision in LBP-13-12. The Memorandum and Order denies the stay request.
(Subsequently, on May 2, 2014, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
