Dear Mr. Skaggs and Mr. Shea:
This letter is to inform you that as of April 21, 2014, the Watts Bar Special Projects Branch (LPWB) was reinstated and activities related to Bellefonte Nuclear Plant (BLN), Units 1 and 2, and Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), Units 1 and 2, were transferred from the Plant Licensing Branch 11-2 to LPWB. Mr. Jessie F. Quichocho is the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) Branch Chief for LPWB.
Also, as of April 21, 2014, Mr. Siva Lingam was assigned as the NRC's Licensing Project Manager (PM) for WBN Unit 1 and Ms. Jeanne A Dion is the backup PM. Mr. Justin C. Poole continues his role as the PM for WBN Unit 2 and BLN Units 1 and 2 with Mr. Lingam as the backup for WBN Unit 2 and Ms. Dion as the backup for BLN Units 1 and 2.
