Mark, As we discussed on the phone today. The reason that we were unable to process or even see your submission was because the submission was made using the ADOBE Portfolio feature. I attached the

Bulletin to this email; however, as of this moment, I cannot verify whether the bulletin went out to all licensees/users.

Regardless, may you please resubmit your five documents contained within submission ID# 776 as individual documents without using the ADOBE Portfolio feature. You can do this by using only one EIE submission.

Also, place a comment in the EIE comment section indicating something like the following: The original submission of the enclosed documents was made on {DATE} as verified by NRC-issued ID

1. {_____} in the ADOBE Portfolio format. This supplemental submission aligns with the NRC system requirements and is the same as the original submission; no changes were made. The original submission may be deleted.

Please respond your agreement to this conversation and I will place our emailed conversation in the Official record as well.
