Dear Carol Gallagher,

please keep the emergency planning in the evacuation zone in full force during and after decommissioning.

Too many things can still go wrong as we have seen happening again and again in the years of Entergy's ownership of VT Yankee. We people who will be severely impacted by an emergency at the reactor cannot trust this company as they have never been forthcoming with us. I see no reason to relieve them from their responsibilities while so many highly precarious transactions

-like moving 900 tons of spent radioactive fuel out of the pool or dismantling the reactor building, cooling towers and outbuildings etc -will have to take place. Please do not allow them to be exempted from off-site emergency planning.sincerely Ulrike yon Moltke SUNSI Review Complete Template = ADM -013 E-RIDS= ADM-03)Add="1 U,[ JI.https://www.fdms.gov/fdms-web-agency/component/contentstreamer?objectld=09000064816a2696&for...
