DPG 14-075 April 2, 2014 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Docket No. 50-312 Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station License No. DPR-54 10 CFR PART 37 PHYSICAL PROTECTION OF CATEGORY 1 AND CATEGORY 2 QUANTITIES OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL Attention: John Hickman The Rancho Seco IOSB Physical Protection Plan was reviewed to identify potential changes necessary to be in compliance with subpart C of 10 CFR Part 37 prior to the implementation date of March 19, 2014. The existing Physical Protection Plan was instituted tocomply with the related security orders issued in 2009 and modified prior to the implementation date. Rancho Seco is'in compliance with the requirements of the final rule.
