DOCKET NO. 50-389, MOTION TO STAY RESTART PENDING CONCLUSION OF HEARING REGARDING DE FACTO AMENDMENT OF OPERATING LICENSE (MARCH 10, 2014)
The Commission1 approved a Memorandum and Order responding to a motion filed by Southern Alliance for Clean Energy requesting stay of restart by Florida Power & Light (FPL) of St. Lucie Unit 2 and requesting a hearing. The Memorandum and Order denies the motion requesting stay of restart of St. Lucie Unit 2 and sets a briefing schedule for the hearing request.
(Subsequently, on April 1, 2014, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
