- NON EMERGENCY At 0930 EDT on 3/20/14, a live Atlantic Sturgeon was collected from the plant intake trash rack. After verification of the species of the fish and its condition, of which it was deemed to be in overall good health, the fish was promptly released via the return trough.
The licensee notified the National Marine Fisheries Services and the New Jersey Department of Enviornmental Protection.
Notified R1DO (Welling) and the Endangered Species Group both via E-mail.
