Docket No. 50-389 ORDER The Commission is in receipt of a motion, filed by the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE) on March 10, 2014, to stay restart of the St. Lucie Unit 2 nuclear power reactor.1 The Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff and the licensee may file an answer to the stay motion no later than Thursday, March 20, 2014.2 Replies to the answers will not be entertained.

This order is issued pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(a) and (j).
