In accordance with 10 CFR 26.717(e), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. is submitting the Fitness for Duty Program Performance Report for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) for the period of January 1, through December 31, 2013. The annual reporting form and single positive test forms are provided in Attachment 1.
In accordance with 10 CFR 26.203(e), the Fatigue Management Program Performance Report for the period of January 1, through December 31, 2013, is provided in.
