Dear Sir or Madam:
By this letter Entergy submits Revision 11 of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS)
Physical Security Plan (PSP). This revision revised Section 11.3 "Protected Area Barriers" to incorporate additional plant specific information, and Section 18 "Response Requirements".
These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the PSP. Attachment 1 to this letter contains a summary description of each change. Attachment 2 to this letter contains a complete copy of Revision 11. A compact disk (CD) containing an electronic copy of the PNPS PSP, Revision 11, is enclosed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Attachments 1 and 2 and the Enclosure to this letter contain Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21(e). Entergy therefore requests, Attachments 1 and 2 and the Enclosure to this letter be withheld from public disclosure.
There are no new commitments contained in this letter.
