Dear Mr. Halpin:
This letter is to inform you that effective February 23, 2014, Mr. Michael T. Markley, Chief, Plant Licensing Branch IV-1, will have licensing oversight responsibility for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (DCPP). Mr. James Kim will continue as the DCPP Licensing Project Manager.
Mr. Markley assumes all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus, Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch, regarding DCPP.
