ORDER Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., the State of New York, Riverkeeper, Inc., and Hudson River Sloop Clearwater request an enlargement of the page limitation for petitions for review of LBP-13-13, the partial initial decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on the Track 1 contentions, from twenty-five to sixty pages.1 The Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff does not oppose the request, provided that the page limit extension applies to all parties.2 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(j), I grant the motion as to all parties.
