MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN:
January 8, 2014 TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2)
DOCKET NOS. 50-391-0L This is to inform the parties that Commissioner William C. Ostendorff will tour the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2 construction site on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. This is a routine site visit to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudication associated with the operating license application for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Unit 2.
