On December 30, 2013, the State of New York filed an Unopposed Motion for an Extension of Time to File a Motion for Leave to File a Reply in Support of its Motion to Reopen the Record, and for Reconsideration of the Boards Initial Decision regarding NYS Contention 12C. New York has represented that Entergy, the NRC Staff, Clearwater, and Riverkeeper do not oppose this request and has explained why their request for an extension of time is justified.
Good cause having been shown, the Board GRANTS New Yorks Motion. Accordingly, a Motion for Leave to File a Reply in Support of New Yorks Motion to Reopen and Reconsider will be considered timely if filed on or before January 8, 2014.
