FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 RESPONSE TO RAI SET #5 REGARDING ADOPTION OF NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION STANDARD NFPA 805 Reference 1): Ameren Missouri Letter ULNRC-05781, "Request for License Amendment to Adopt NFP A 805, Performance-Based Standard for Fire Protection for Light Water Reactor Generating Plants (2001 Edition)," August 29, 2011 Reference 2): NRC Letter, "Request for Additional Information License Amendment Request to Adopt National Fire Protection Association Standard 805 Performance-Based Standard for Fire Protection for Light Water Reactor Generating Plants Callaway Plant (TAC No. ME7046)" November 14,2013 By the Reference I letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) for Callaway Plant Unit 1 to adopt National Fire Protection Association Standard 805 (NFP A 805). Per Reference 2 the NRC electronically transmitted its fifth Request for Additional Information (RAI) related to our application. contains Ameren Missouri's response to the single request contained in the RAI. contains LAR Attachments to reflect changes made to the LAR as a result of the RAI response and NRC requested changes to the LAR. It contains the complete updated version of Attachments B and C even though most of the pages were not modified. It also contains seven new licensee identified changes that correct minor errors in the LAR.
