Dear Sit or Madam:

By letter dated May 15, 2013 (Reference 1), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that it had selected the Risk-Informed version of Option 2 for resolution of Generic Safety Issue (GSI)-191 (Reference 2) for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP), in accordance with closure options specified in Commission Paper SECY-12-0093 (Reference 3). In Reference 1, ENO committed to submit a schedule for completion of risk-informed resolution path activities.

The PNP schedule for completion of risk-informed resolution path activities is provided in the enclosure.

PNP 2013-092 Page 2 Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments. This letter completes the following commitment:

"ENO will submit a schedule for completion of the risk-informed resolution path activities that provides for submittal of a licensing action following issuance of a safety evaluation (SE) for the South Texas Project (STP) license amendment request (LAR)."

This was a one-time action, with a scheduled completion date of December 31,2013.

Palisades Nuclear Plant Schedule for Generic Safety Issue-191 Resolution Introduction By letter dated May 15, 2013 (Reference 1), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that it had selected the Risk-Informed version of Option 2 for resolution of Generic Safety Issue (GSI)-191 (Reference 2) for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP), in accordance with closure options specified in Commission Paper SECY-12-0093 (Reference 3).
