POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 -CORRECTION TO LETTER GRANTING RELAXATION OF THE SCHEDULAR REQUIREMENTS OF ORDER EA-12-049
Dear Mr. Meyer:
By letter dated December 11, 2012 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML13322B208), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) granted NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC, a relaxation from the schedular requirements for full implementation of Order EA-12-049, "Issuance of Order to Modify Licenses with Regard to Requirements for Mitigation Strategies for Beyond Design Basis External Events," for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1. The purpose of this letter is to correct a minor administrative error in that letter. The docket number listed at the bottom of page 3 was incorrect; the correct docket number is 50-266, corresponding to Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1.
We have confirmed that the original letter received the proper distribution and we regret any inconvenience this error may have caused.
