On December 12, 2013, the NRC Staff filed an unopposed motion for an extension of time until December 23, 2013, to respond to State of New Yorks (New York) motion to reopen the record and for reconsideration on contention NYS-12C.1 Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.

(Entergy) requests that it be afforded the same extension of time.2 The NRC Staff has represented that none of the intervenors oppose this motion.

Good cause having been shown,3 the NRC Staffs motion for an extension of time is 1
