{-32/37 1/2507 Revision 18 of Millstone, North Anna and Surry Power Stations' Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program was submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on August 6, 2013 (Serial No. 13-126B). The NRC provided an RAI to Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) by letter dated December 4, 2013. DNC's response to the RAI is provided in the attachment to this letter.
The attached material contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
