ATTN: Secretary Rulemakings and Adjudications Staff,

I live a few miles from Indian point. And this is a constant concern for us. If we must use nuclear power instead of safer methods such as wind and solar in the short term it's imperative we come up with a safe plan, made public to all, that will illuminate the risks of environmental damage including our physical health. Properly disposing of waste is worth whatever monetary cost.
