In December 2012, the Unit 2 Mitigating System Performance Indicator (MSPI) for Emergency Alternating Current (AC) power systems at PINGP changed from green to white.
The NRC requested that Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), provide notification when PINGP is prepared to undergo the supplemental 95001 inspection. This letter provides notification to the NRC that NSPM is prepared for the inspection.
