On June 11, 2013, Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) submitted Revision 1 to Kewaunee's Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program (the plan). On November 4, 2013, DEK received a request for additional information (RAI) regarding the plan. The RAI response is provided in the attachment to this letter.
The attachment to this letter contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
