November 6, 2013 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN:

NEXTERA ENERGY SEABROOK, LLC (Seabrook Station, Unit 1)

DOCKET NO. 50-443-LR This notice is issued to inform the parties that Chairman Allison M. Macfarlane will tour Seabrook Station, Unit 1, on Thursday, November 7, 2013. The purpose of the Chairmans visit is to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Chairman will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudication associated with the license renewal application for Seabrook Station, Unit 1.

On November 7, 2013, Chairman Macfarlane will also meet with representatives of Seacoast Anti-Pollution League, C-10 Research and Education Foundation, No More Fukushimas, and Friends of the Coast. This meeting will focus on issues of general concern to these nongovernmental organizations and will not include any substantive discussion of contested issues.
