NRC comments on Duane Arnold 2013 Exam outline submittal.
Scenario 1 Event 3 - Only the RO and SRO should receive credit for the APRM component failure. Also add TS - SRO to the Event Type column.
Scenario 1 Form ES-D-1 changed to reflect the above clarifications.
Scenario 2 Event 5 - Change this event into 2 events to show both the RO and BOP have independent events to respond to separate diagnoses, AOPs, and actions.
Scenario 2 Event 6 - Only the RO and SRO should receive credit for the IRM component failure.
Scenario 2 Form ES-D-1 changed to reflect the above clarifications.
Scenario 3 Event 2 - Only the RO and SRO should receive credit for the 5B dump valve component failure.
Scenario 3 Event 5 - Change this event into 2 events to show both the RO and BOP have independent events to respond to separate diagnoses, AOPs, and actions. If the RO does not have enough actions then only credit the BOP.
Scenario 3 Form ES-D-1 changed to reflect the above clarifications. Note: Event 5 left as 1 event and changed to only credit the BOP and SRO with the component failure.
