PROPOSED EXHIBIT LIST CORRECTIONS AND COMMENTS In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (ASLB) October 8, 2013 Order,1 in conjunction with the Commissions Corrected Notice dated October 17, 2013, which lifted the government shutdown-related suspension and extended all affected deadlines by eight days, Riverkeeper, Inc. (Riverkeeper) hereby proposes the following proposed corrections to the ASLBs proposed Official Exhibit List for Track One Contentions:

Lastly, Riverkeeper notes that in conducting a review of the ASLBs proposed Exhibit List, it has come to Riverkeepers attention that Riverkeepers post-adjudicatory hearing briefs related to Contention RK-TC-2 (Flow Accelerated Corrosion), inadvertently made reference to Entergy and NRC Staffs original, respective Statements of Position (ENT000029 and NRC000120), as opposed to the revisions of these two documents (ENTR00029 and NRCR00120) that were submitted and admitted on the first day of hearings, October 15, 2012.
Such references were unintentional, as Riverkeeper intended to reference the updated, admitted versions of Entergy and NRC Staffs Statements of Position.
