Thank you for your response of September 12, 2013, to our Notice of Violation issued on August 14, 2013. We have reviewed your response and find that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. No additional written response is required from you at this time. We will review your corrective actions during Reactor Oversite Process baseline inspections. Please feel free to contact me should you have any additional questions regarding this matter.
