hello all here is a copy of my latest e-mail To the NRC. OHSA, and many other agencies. WE need to stand up for workers rights.. For those who don't know what happened, AMES Group Lie A Nuclear engineering company, summited a forged Training document to FPL stating I attended an AMES advanced MOV diagnostic training class. signed and dated the ONLY problem is, I NEVER WENT TO THERE TRAINING... GOOD JOB AMES In November of 2011, I reported a nuclear safety concern to F.P.l. employee concerns dept. to no avail. I was unable to report this to the on duty NRC officer as he was "out.
Following NRC guidelines I reported the situation to local & Federal Law Enforcement agencies.
It is now 5 months later, There is a major NRC investigation into Ames Group lie., for the repeated forging & misrepresentation of NUCLEAR TRAINING DOCUMENTS. The investigation Is beinQ head by with the assistance of Senior Criminal Investigator, The NRC is in possession of at least one forged/misrepresented document and allegations from many sources of wrong doing on the part of Ames Group LLC.
Florida Power & Light representatives admit knowledge of the forged Documents to OSHA and that MR KING was CORRECT in not signing the FORGED documents.
However FPL continues to allow AMES Group LLC wor1< at its nuclear power facilities.
Being that AMES GROUP LLC is under federal criminal investigation, and both physical
& testimonial evidence is in place. By FPL's own standards Ames Group is no Longer TRUSlWORTHY. The moment the first forged document surfaced Ames Group & it's employees should have been removed from the job site.
Back dating paperwork does not equate nuclear certification.
FPL's policy is that once a person is deemed UNTRUSlWORHTY PLANT ACCESS IS DENIED IMMEDIATL Y!!l!l NO EXCEPTIONS Yet FPL took no action against AMES. Is there a COVER UP between FPL & AMES Group LLC?
In addition to falsifying certification's Ames Group Executives have lied and misled several federal agencies including OSHA.
FPL has taken insufficient steps to ensure public and plant safety. FPL Executives have a legal & Moral obligation to take action & keep the public safe and remove Ames Group Lie from there Nuclear facilities, Until all NRC/OHSA criminal investigations are complete. Are the financial gains really worth risking millions of Lives?
Just because we haven't had a catastrophic event yet, doesn't mean we can't have one!
How does it feel knowing you have people no more qualified than a janitorial engineer working in critical areas? If they are qualified they need to prove it!
