Termination of Individual Operator License Mr. Adams, This letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that Mr. Timothy Allen Gardiner, Jr. no longer works at the Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center. As such, we request that his operator's license be terminated at this time.
