AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND THE STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY REGARDING PARTICIPATION IN THE COLLECTION OF LICENSED OPERATOR SIMULATOR TRAINING DATA FOR HUMAN RELIABILITY ANALYSIS This Amendment No. 1 is executed between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (hereafter "NRC") and STP Nuclear Operating Company (hereafter "STPNOC"), and pertains to the Agreement between NRC and STPNOC on participation in the collection of licensed operator simulator training data for human reliability analysis, effective March 31, 2011 (NRC ADAMS Access Number ML110730582). NRC and STPNOC hereby mutually agree to amend the Agreement to have the Agreement continue in effect until June 30, 2018.
Intending to be legally bound, the parties' duly authorized representatives have executed this Amendment No. 1 below:
