Dr. Steven C. Julius current Acting Chief of Staff (COS) for the Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System (Omaha VA) is leaving this position. Dr. Marvin Bittner will be the new Acting COS for NWIHCS effective Sept 7, 2013.
