- Jeremy, What is next step in working with OGC? Who is drafting a memo that OGC will be satisfied with?
I would like to know that we have an agreed upon memo between DLR and OGC BEFORE the licensee gets on a plane to come out here for a signing ceremony (that may not happen). Jeremy...
ask licensee when they plan to fly out.
Jeremy...I am ok with you delaying by a day your trip for the Env Audit to work this as necessary.
But I'd just as soon have an agreed on memo by Sunday (use OT as necessary).
Please get me a version that has more background, or presents more legal analysis, as I understand OGC desires.
