We did receive your letter, have looked it over, and are scheduling a meeting this week with our office of General Council on how we might proceed given the limitations you have described and the treatment of like limitations by the Endangered Species Act and implementing regulations. We'll let you know as soon as we've reached consensus on our advise on how you might proceed.
