Columbia FWS consultation Becky and Dennis, I just got a call from Luke Gauthier. He is our main point of contact for the Columbia consultation. He can be reached at luke.qauthier(@fws.qov or 509-665-3508 x24.
He said that they would be able to concur if we changed the conclusion for bull trout and bull trout critical habitat from "no effect" to "not likely to adversely affect."
He asked about the cooling system and I explained that it was closed cycle and what that meant.
Are you okay with revising the conclusion?
Do you want me to set up a call with Mr. Gauthier?
It sounded like he would be fine with us sending him a letter saying what revisions we are going to make and they will get a concurrence letter right back to us.
Please let me know what you would like to do.
