MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNIT 3 LICENSEE EVENT REPORT 2013-S06-00 UNESCORTED ACCESS GRANTED IMPROPERLY This letter forwards Licensee Event Report (LER) 2013-S06-00 documenting a security event at Millstone Power Station discovered on June 17, 2013, in which unescorted access had been granted improperly. The condition existed from June 11, 2013, until corrected on June 17, 2013. This LER provides the follow-up written report to the initial telephonic communication made on June 17, 2013 (via NRC Event 49125), and is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 73.71 (a)(4).
