Dear Administrative Judges:
Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) Memorandum and Order dated July 12, 2013 (Order), the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) currently expects to publish the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with open items in March 2014 and the final SER in October 2014. An Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards Subcommittee meeting on the SER with open items is scheduled for May 2014. The Staff currently anticipates publication of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) in February 2014, with a public meeting in March of 2014, and publication of the Final SEIS in October 2014.
Counsel for the Staff acknowledges that this information was due yesterday and apologizes for the tardy submittal.
