Physical Security Plan, 1 OCFR54(p)(2), Docket No. 50-20, Facility License No. R-37 Gentlemen and Ladies:
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology submits herewith three copies of a revision to the previously-approved "Physical Security Plan for the MIT Research Reactor Facility."
The Plan contains Safeguards Information (SGI) that must be protected, pursuant to the requirement of 10 CFR 73.21.
All of the changes were approved by the MIT Reactor Safeguards Committee on 16 May 2013, and were determined to have no decrease in the effectiveness of the plan. However, MIT seeks the concurrence of NRC on the change to MIT Police inspections during unoccupied periods in Section 2.2.1.1 prior to our implementing this change.
