Dear Judge Karlin,
I find the July 5th ruling to neither grant nor deny BREDLs request for a hearing and petition to intervene confusing and disappointing. People who live in the surrounding area of the Sequoya facility request that a hearing be held near the plant site. Requesting a hearing is a right of the citizens of this great democracy, as well as the right to clean water, air, and freedom from pollution and environmental hazards. Please reconsider your decision and act in the best interest of our future children and generations in the Smoky Mountain areas, to make the Tennessee Valley the leader in safe, clean, non-polluting energy.
Thank you for your consideration of this request.
